Where would we be without Handel’s Messiah, Orff’s Carmina Burana or the Requiems of Mozart, Verdi and Fauré? What about Beethoven’s 9th and Mahler’s 2nd and 8th Symphonies?
To attract the best singers and remove financial barriers to participation, the MSO Chorus doesn’t charge membership fees. That’s why, despite our Chorus’ unquestionable artistic value, we need support from our music-loving community to get the MSO Chorus to Singapore for their first international tour in 15 years!
In August, under the baton of MSO Chief Conductor Jaime Martín, members of the MSO Chorus will perform side by side with the MSO, Singapore Symphony Orchestra and their chorus.
Your gift in support of the MSO Chorus will reduce financial barriers by subsidising travel costs for choristers participating in the tour. Annual gifts over $500 also welcomes you into MSO’s Patron Program where you will enjoy invitations to special events and behind the scenes opportunities that bring you closer to the music.
